Jesus fucking Christ. The “Excited Southerner” had less repetition and hoo-hawing trying to get a point across. He repeats shit 2-3 times, changes what he’s trying to say half way thru what might be called a sentence, then tries to pick it up again a minute later. He can barely fucking speak, but morons are lapping this shit up and begging for more.
