I had already started the chili when I had a notion to make some flour tortillas. I should have deep fried them to crisp them up enough to make chili scoops. How do they make them come out round? Asking for a friend.
Mmmm. I just bought all the stuff I need to make up another batch of chili.
Just thinking…to make little tortilla bowls, could you use a small tea-cup strainer as a mold by pressing the tortilla into it?
