Is a NDA really enforceable, given that elections are inherently a public process required by the Constitution? IOW, if some Trumpista was sued for breaking the NDA, could his or her lawyer argue that an NDA is illegal for an electoral process?

Plus the fact that it’s not a contract since there’s no consideration since volunteers aren’t being paid.

(That’s why you often times see a token sum, say $1, in contracts so that they’re at least enforceable.)
