I had already started the chili when I had a notion to make some flour tortillas. I should have deep fried them to crisp them up enough to make chili scoops. How do they make them come out round? Asking for a friend.

Round ball. Cast iron press. I’ve only seen them in corn-tortilla-size. But, you know, start small.
