We’re had a much longer time together than most have had.

My 19 year old cat Tux died quietly after supper a few nights ago. He had been fading, and eating less and less, but keeping to his regular routine. Unfortunately, the ground is too frozen for burial, so he is wrapped up on an enclosed but unheated porch. I’m hoping the ground thaws soon … !

Tux was born here and lived his whole life here, and he was a holy terror when he was younger. Kept that up as long as his body would let him!
