I like to think of this as a cold civil war. There’s not a lot of actual bloodshed, but we’re in a struggle for the future of the country. It can be depressing that it takes so much effort to try to get to back to what we were before Trump - and they need us to give up - but we can win. And I think enough people are now aware that we have to more than just return to the old days.

We must grind these reactionary forces into the dirt, never to rise again.

And when they mewl, “But what about charity towards all and malice toward none?” we respond with, “Not this time, buddy.”
