Pence didn’t just let HIV run wild. Pence ignored public health experts who warned that Pence’s actions would result in an outbreak, and the outbreak occurred exactly as predicted.

Pence was a disaster for public health in Indiana, and he’s duplicating that disaster on a massive scale.
