Yeah, I think I linked that a few days ago. Insane. It can be frustrating because we all want the predators to be stopped. In our organization (where I volunteer) we are support the survivor —period. There is a big wall between law enforcement and us —set-up by law. The survivor has to trust that we are on their side or they may never come forward for treatment.

The long term damage to the survivor and any children they have is too devastating —sometimes it has to be weighed against the damage done by the criminal.
