Well, not quite, though I suppose it would depend on the size of the cart, as size matters. /s
Last time we were at FE Warren, the baggers pushed their carts out to our car to load it (the commissary does that). A woman came by complaining our car was parked in the handicap spaces (with a hanger). She stood complaining to me for a minute or so, until my wife got there on her cane … then she slipped off without so much as an “I’m sorry.”
I had a discussion with the manager of the local supermarket…there were two handicapped spots out front: at Christmas time, one was blocked with a display of seasonal items.
I pointed that out to the manager who remarked that “There is still one handicapped spot left.”, to which I replied “But there is more than one handicapped person in the world!”.
