Enjoyed getting out and taking a walk earlier. Did wonders for my mental state. Amusingly the story on NPR while I drove to my walking place of choice had a piece on election anxiety.
One item mentioned was the fact that people’s coping skills are better than we think because we descend from people who underestimate their skills rather than overestimate them. The people who just know they can jump that gap, or whatever, didn’t leave as many descendants.
