The issue of teaching it in schools is just a hollow talking point as CRT is not taught in schools and there never were any plans to introduce it.

But trying to ban it at University level really demonstrates that these people have no fucking clue of what they are trying to prevent.

The issue of CRT in schools is like “intelligent design” for creationism, a term meant to serve as an excuse for efforts to twist school curriculums to their desires. In VA and TX, when really pressed about what CRT means to them, white advocates of “anti-CRT” laws and rules have basically been forced to admit they want to remove anything that addresses America’s racist history from the required curriculum as possible.
