I like Menudo, (although I tend to pick out the tripe) but the cooking smell is awful.

Nothing better than menudo for a hangover.

I would put some good pozole right up there with menudo for a hangover cure.

Menudo is one of those dishes that is either really good or it’s utter crap. I’m highly picky about it. Pozole, OTOH, has better chances of success with different cooks.
