I still think Mueller (and probably Rosenstein at some point) is just going to say “fuck it, issue the subpoena.”

It’s going to be another US vs Nixon type case. And regardless of their politics the Supremes are going to come down 9-0 saying that the president has to abide by the subpoena because it’s technically issued by a co-equal branch of government as in: them, the courts.
