Trump says that he will know “within the first minute” whether or not the North Korea summit is going well.

“How?”

Trump: “My touch. My feel. That’s what I do.”

And this, in a nutshell, is the issue:

he utters baseless, unsubstantiated and ultimately meaningless statements like this all the time and they are taken up and reported and discussed as if they had any merit or substance instead of being called out for what they are.
