Hey, in good news, I voted straight Democratic ticket and if I wasn’t sure, voted for women. The polls were busy which was a shocker. Nevada has more registered Democrats than Republicans. From what I’ve read, both parties have been voting en force. I’m hoping that Democrats have decided to get off their butts and voted to get Heller out of the Senate. I must admit that I’ve been very impressed with the GOTV for Democrats. I’ve had countless people show up to my house encouraging me to vote. I’m hoping that is working on getting people to the polls.

Oh, and one of the ballot measures has to do with changing the Nevada Constitution to automatic voter registration and change of address whenever conducting business with the DMV. I don’t usually vote to change the constitution, but I like that one. It will have to be voted on again in two years, but crossing fingers that passes.

Why do you need to vote on it again? Do you have to reconsider amendments to make sure voters really meant it?
