It takes a certain type of sociopath who decides to kill all of his co-workers because he believes that management has stolen an idea of his.

It’s not that different from any mass shooter in the US. They feel that innocents should pay for their perceived damage.

The difference is that the sociopaths in the US have ready access to guns.
