Dems did, you moron. Under Clinton, and later, Obama. Both times the repugs swept in and eradicated the reforms.

To be fair, she did come out after the 2012 elections, during the so-called “fiscal cliff,” to argue that Repubs should accept the repeal of the Bush Tax Cuts. Or at least the repeal of the tax cuts on the top brackets, with the reasoning being clear: “We lost the election.”
