Upset that his cops won’t know what to tell people complaining about others smoking marijuana in public. I suggest, MYOB.

People have been smoking weed in public in San Francisco for years…when I lived in the city I’d often twist one up and smoke it on my way to the bar or walking to a concert. I don’t smoke anymore except on rare occasions, but I hardly notice other people smoking in public. That fad burns itself out pretty quick. “Hey, it’s legal!” doesn’t excuse being rude to those around you. Just like with cigarettes. People will adjust.
