No, we don’t

But there is no equivalent for the 4th as there is Advent leading up to Christmas. I guess “they” couldn’t come up with a salutation that went with Advent that sounded as good together as the MERRY and the CHRISTMAS did

Someone says Merry Christmas to me, I say it back to them
