I think they mean the next sane president.

Sanity isn’t always what is needed. After all, like Putin, most psychopaths are sane. To quote George Bernard Shaw: “The reasonable man adapts himself to the world: the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man”

We had the choice of a sane, reasonable candidate in 2016 and she was rejected by a sufficient minority of voters. Courtesy of Republican mandated voter suppression and the Bernie Bro fanaticism, I’m not sure we will be getting a President who can govern effectively and in the interests of this nation any time soon.
