As a life long Red Wings fan, I completely support them in the proposed endeavors. They are one of the most wealthy franchises in North America and don’t need the money. But, as you said, sue these fuckers into life long poverty.

As a trademark owner, they have a responsibility to make sure that others don’t appropriate it, or else they may lose their own protection. It’s not about making more money by suing these fascist infringers.

It’s about terminating evil that uses their trademarked images.

I suggest the Red Wings adopt the Bob Probert approach. No holds barred.
