Conspiracy to be a dumbass.

His defense team will enter into evidence that he’s a dumbass and therefore couldn’t possibly be conspiring to obstruct justice.

Except there’s no stupidity defense (or dumbassery defense).

He said it. He admits the firing was politically motivated and that the intention was to derail the investigations.

Looks like Mueller should haul Junior Dumbass back in for more questioning about this.

And when he lies/spins, he finds himself in a perjury trap (and 18 USC 1001 comes into play yet again).

“I’m too stupid to have committed this crime” is not exactly something you want to admit when you’re getting ready to run for re-election (and let’s be honest, the mid-terms are in 9 months, the 2020 election cycle starts in about 11 months).
