Sentence was probation with 20 hours a week spent in local Guitar Center store restringing guitars and listening to endless renditions of Smoke On The Water and Hells Bells on slightly out of tune $99 guitars through solid state amps with flanging and delay set to maximum.

So cruel and unusual that it is clearly unconstitutional.
