Gitmo isnt going away - what is ACTUALLY happening is that the Gitmo terrorists will be moved to Britain, where ideas like “all men are created equal with inalienable rights” dont apply…

so it LOOKS like he’s sorted a problem - whereas in fact its just being shifted to another place.
