We can always import health care professionals. More green cards. Pat Buchanan and VDARE and the Tea Partiers won’t be happy, but importing talent is not unusual.

I know that…that’s my point…after that will there be jobs for American docs?…if not what’s the point of ramping up our system for training them…should we count on aliens becoming legal and adding to the market?…just some questions
