Talked to my wife. She watched the tsunami from the dining room. It hit around low tide, and she said it suddenly looked like high tide on a storm day (waves cresting over the jetty) and then went back to low tide a few minutes later. Crescent City and Santa Cruz weren’t so lucky, apparently.
