Interesting CT, but I don’t see Obama doing that. We’ve also seen how well a central currency works in Europe, a much more stable place than Africa. If the currency idea were true, the West could have done more damage by letting it happen.

All those Gaddafi ideas were, in reality, little more than platitudes published in his “Green Book” in 1975.

Between the Green Book and Gaddafi’s violent demise, the man was (by his later admission) a major sponsor of international terror including the murder of 270 people in cold blood 27 years ago.

The way so many right wingers are cynically trying to rehabilitate Gaddafi’s image on one hand while attempting to frighten the pubic with the specter of terrorism on the other is nothing short of disgusting.
