OT:

Took Mrs Cranky to Puerto Rico to celebrate her 60th. Stayed in old San Juan at El Convento, a hotel that was previously a convent, and spent the time exploring the sites, including the old forts, the Aricebo radio telescope, old churches, caves and just hanging out on the beach. The weather was beautiful and some of the local cuisine was quite tasty. Avoided the internet and news. Now that we’re back, I’m wishing we’d stayed. :(

Ran into a few lizards while we were there!
