That’s what I’m afraid of to a degree.

It’s also time for us to stand behind our representatives. They can’t be expected to have a lot of backbone when the following happens:

1. Pass the CRA and VRA: Lose elections.
2. Pass the ACA: Lose elections.

If they can’t depend on us to be there, then they will start looking toward those they can. That’s how our system works. They can also use our help in these fights. Rather than blaming them for not getting something passed when they’re in the minority, we should be all in on going after the GOP for holding children hostage.
