BREAKING. Today the Ohio Legislature voted on a proposal to reform congressional redistricting and give Ohioans FAIR districts. You did this. (etc)

Here is a part of an article from Cincinnati. com explaining what happened and what is going to be happening next. The Columbus Dispatch article isn’t up yet (so far) probably trying to figure out why this is a bad thing. Or, they all went out to the local to drink their sorrows. This is going to hurt the Ohio GOP. A good thing.

Everyone complains about congressional gerrymandering. Ohio just did something about it.

Jesus, that is incredibly complex. I like our system here in California: the legislature just isn’t involved. Map is drawn by an independent commission that any voter in the state can apply to be on.
