all right, just discovered “Sentimental Lady” off Fleetwood Mac’s Bare Trees album. The whole damned album’s good, but this is really a good initial take on the song. The version I remember is the not-as-good but much better charting 1977 version from Welch’s solo album.

I take it the “all I need is you” backing vocal is Christine in that version?
