Moore’s law. If you buy generic right now you can get 4GB for under $7.00 — Apple’s paying much less that that I would wager. So the 64GB of mem is costing Apple something less that 112 bucks, but they are making quite a bit of markup just for more memory.

As stated, there is little difference between my 1 gallon and 4 gallon sprayers. They have the same mechanism, nozzle and hoses to spray the liquid out of the container. The ONLY difference is the volume they hold

IF Apple finds out there is no demand/ market at the price point for a given amount of memory, they will do 1 of 2 things

1) lower the price
2) discontinue that model
