I just watched the video and that’s not really what he said. He said he believes the FBI has transcripts that may show Russian leaders colluding with the Trump campaign. When asked directly if he’s seen the transcripts or knows they exist, he said he hasn’t seen them and “believes” they exist.

So it’s not at all as damning as this misleading tweet makes it appear.
