Whenever there is a hostile takeover in the corporate world, most of the target company executives and managers leave — either by choice or forced out. And it usually does not end well. Our executive branch has been subject to a hostile takeover, and the only ones who could have prevented the worst of this once Trump was elected was the Senate. But the Senate Republicans — as well as a few Democrats — collaborated in the takeover. I fear there will be no recovery from this if Bannon and Trump are still in office in 6 months.
