As you know, there will always be pivotal moments in history.

There’s always the usual hypothetical about time travel in order to stop Hitler from coming to power and maybe avoiding WWII.

When it comes to the middle class in this country, I always thought that Reagan was such a moment. Perhaps go back in time and give him better movie roles so as to distract him from running for the presidency?

You’d have to go back and keep him from becoming governor so that he’d not understand he can ease his racist fears by legislation (see the Mulford Act). Then in the 70’s he played a economic analyst on right wing radio. Apparently he thought his ideas were real…
