This is important and I fear it will stay lost in all the muck. Hell, I forgot about this possibility too. Yesterday we were debating blackmail or just depravity and I don’t think this came up. Why wouldn’t they do this to make sure the right folks were in power? Whether the Presidential part worked or not, doing the same thing to get GOPers elected to Congress makes so much sense. It was likely easier to pull off and can obviously function like the more personal blackmail that most people’s mind gravitates towards.

And maybe that is why the GOP is doing everything to “softly” cover up this whole election mess. They need to appear like they are investigating but know if it all comes out they as a party may have been deeply involved from top to bottom.

Russian oligarch money to Mitch’s and others campaign….NRA backing that may have also been Russian funded. Nunes acting like he is guilty of everything. Grassley acting assly.
