Nah, just have two parents in the military. Government spending is always one of two things: “underfunded” and “wasted.” Most often it ends up the latter because if you only spend what you needed that year, the government bean-counters assume you don’t really need the rest of the money and cut it, meaning you don’t have it when you really do need it.
