Walker created a self-fulfilling prophecy where the cost of implementing the ACA is increased because of his foolishness, allowing him to convince the rubes that the law is costing more than Democrats “promised” it would.

So here we are, little more than a year to go before the law is supposed to come into effect, and Republicans are still engaging in this fantasy where they will magically undo Obamacare and bring “market-based reforms” to the people.
