I generally think the Death Penalty should be reduced, and only used for the most truly vicious and evil of crimes, like mass murder, or exceptional evil.

I think this guy might fit the ticket.

We need a Federal Standard on when the Death Penalty can be used. It is truly unjust that a crime in one state can result in the death penalty, but not in another.
