First off, I think the story is much ado about nothing, but because the state department presents 2 emails that were wrongly classified does not equal there was no classified information on the server and the FBI was wrong. After all the State Department sort of has a vested interest in trying to prove they are not incompetent

Sorry but the FBI spent a lot of time investigating and this doesn’t invalidate the whole investigation.

Which is probably one of the reasons they said they’d never actually prosecuted someone for this kind of thing. The State Department and the FBI have been arguing over what’s classified since this issue rose to the level of “maybe it will take down Clinton.”
