I saw Edgar and his band two years ago, opening for Eric Burdon. It’s great to see him moving around the stage - I opened shows for him in the early 80s, and at that time he used a mixer and headphones on stage as his monitor so he was kind of nailed down in one spot. (I know that his albinoism renders him nearly blind, but it’s cool that wireless technology allows him to move around.)

And Sheila E is, I gotta say, still drop-dead gorgeous. And she can rock the hell out of a groove.

Decent version of Frankenstein…but I miss the slick lead as done back in the day when I first saw Edgar’s White Trash. One time it was Ronnie Montrose, another time Rick Derringer.
