This may sound a bit woo-ish, but have you heard of the theory of “pre-echoes”, it basically goes that a big and traumatic enough causes interesting effects ahead of time?

the 1958 TV show could be that the scriptwriter was a Woody Guthrie fan, and knew that Woody had written an anti-Trump song a few years before (about Donald’s dad Fred)… and Fred was already famous at least in New York.

and the 1990 comic — Donald was already a “Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous” famous person, Ronald Reagan had parlayed celebrity into the presidency, and Donald had given a few Larry King interviews musing about maybe running for president some day.

then again, maybe you’re right. Maybe it’s foreshocks. Or we’re living in a computer simulation that deliberately inserted clues earlier in the game.
