I too will remain skeptical of the Guardian leaked document. Yes, it accords with the general operations we’ve discovered like creating fake BLM FB pages, etc. It’s just that I was guilty of buying into disinformation in 2016 and 2017 and this seems similar; and also, in terms of US social fracturing, we’ve been on these separate paths in America for a long time. Hell, the role played by our own media in setting up and exploiting divisions for stories and profits likely dwarfs whatever Russian spy services did (not they the two aren’t interconnected in minor ways).

I have little trouble believing that Putin would approve something like that. But write the plan down and sign off on it? Very hard to believe. (There are morons everywhere, so not impossible. But…)
