Biden doesn’t provoke the feelings of hate that Obama, Bush and Palin do. Neither does John McCain. Both Biden and McCain were (and McCain still is) long-serving senators whose views were well known and not crazy. You can’t really ramp up the hate for people like that. Snark and mockery yes, but not hate.

I’m jumping in late here, but the moonbats on digg, Kos, et al. were working themselves up into a good frenzy of hatred for McCain by the end there. Granted, he was generally liked by all until the election, but after the primary was over, they were screaming about how he was a crazy, senile warmonger who literally enjoyed war for no other reason than that he loved the thought of blood being spilled.
