A lot of wind noise. Right now if their only option is to charge him with a race based federal murder charge this is what hinges on that. Going past the prosecution stage you would then have to convince a jury “beyond a reasonable doubt” that he used the c-word. That would be the prosecution. The defense will want the jury to hear the p-word. It might even have to go to a grand jury first.

I wonder if they could establish a pattern in his previous calls.
