Don’t laugh at that so much, WUB. It may be an exaggeration, but that God wants your soul to be with Him after you die, and Satan does as well. But God wishes this out of love and benevolence, while Satan acts out of hate and butthurt.

I completely reject the notion of a cosmic deity that acts in any way like a human, has human thought processes, or has a human as his representative.

God could just as easily be a giant ant. There’s far more ants than people!
