How does this intellectual giant propose to defund the White House?

Forget impeachement. That will never get past the Dems in the Senate. I want to know what his great plan is to starve the Executive branch.

Technically, the house could pass a vote to impeach (simple majority). However, the GOP would never convict in the senate (needs 2/3rds).

I’d like to see Obama piss off the house GOP so much (in some reasonable way) that they send impeachment articles to the Senate to make fools of themselves.
