Hello from slightly rainy Los Angeles. I got a letter from the state about the upcoming primary. As a “decline to state” Indy I can’t vote the GOP or Dem primary. Short of registering as such. Other frankly fringe parties chose to allow open voting.

I’m out, not that our June ballot was likely to matter much. All academic.
