It would be glorious if Roberts, Alito, Thomas, and his own pick Gorsuch voted against him. He’s an idiot.

Roberts is the likeliest defector from RWNJ party line on this issue. Roberts wants to pretend the Republican SCOTUS majority still has legitimacy, so there are limits on how foolish he will want to look.

I have no idea on Gorsuch. Alito and Thomas seem likely to vote for the ban. I’m not sure there has ever been a case where they voted against abuse of government power vs. people.
