Absolutely. I’m still used to coverage though. Coverage that yes is built on many of our national pathologies.
This one feels like an erasure and that may mean something scarier than usual.

I don’t think there’s been a blackout. I think everyone stopped caring. Maybe it’s because under Trump the pace of news and bad shit happening has accelerated so much, but honestly? We have become so numb to these. It has come to this - we’re accustomed to it.
